Land Appraisal



When looking at land appraisal there are several factors that should be considered. The zoning,  it’s current use and potential future uses, how desirable is the property, and what are the uses of properties that are near the property.  Other factors that should be considered would be the type of access, the overall shape and dimensions and its location along with its distance to conveniences and amenities. These factors along with inventory and what other properties that are near are currently offered or priced at helps determine the value of a parcel of land.
