Residential Appraisal for FHA & USDA



When completing an appraisal to meet the specific needs of the lender to ensure the home meets HUD minimum property requirements there are a number of things the appraiser will be looking for which include the interior and exterior structure quality and for damage to the exterior. That walls and ceilings are without holes or cracks. They will also be checking that all plumbing fixtures and appliances are functioning as well as checking the heating and cooling systems.
